Contact and Sign Up Forms
We have multiple contact forms on our website, including our request for quote, support tickets, and general inquiries. All information submitted is stored securely on our servers at U.S. data centers. Our hosted provider is HIPPA and PCI-DSS compliant as well as SSAE 16 – Type II and AICPA-SOC 2 certified. We take security of your data very seriously. We collect only the data that is necessary to best serve you and guarantee your data is only used for the purpose of providing you the best product and service possible. If you opt-in to our marketing, your name and email address will be used to send you our marketing newsletter and product information on a periodic basis. Your information will never be shared or sold to anyone else by us.
Cookies & Session Data
When using our website and applications, we use cookies and session data to create the personalized, intuitive experience you would expect. This information is stored in your browser and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser history and cache. Our website uses cookies to know who you are, help you log in to your account, and remember what may be in your shopping cart. No information is stored on our servers or is saved past one year – most of the cookies we use expire after two days. No personal data is being stored without your permission. You have the option to grant permission to store your login credentials for easy log in. All other information is captured without personal data, only browser and de-identifiable information to enhance your experience.
Our subscription applications use session data to enhance your experience and, when securely logged in, may contain personal directory information limited to name, email, phone, and company name. This information is being used within the secure confines of the application for the use of the application only. Upon log out, all session data is removed from your browser. It is important to log out of all applications after use to secure this data and ensure that it is removed from your browser. Without proper log out, all session data will expire within 45 minutes of your last activity in order to keep your data secure.

We have multiple areas within our applications to upload files and images to customize and enhance your experience with the application. This is also true of our website within your account area. For the safety and security of our servers and applications, we do limit the types of files and images that can be uploaded. All files uploaded into our applications and/or websites are securely stored on our servers and are accessed by us only in two cases: 1) as a necessary part of customer support to the client and 2) as a necessary part of support to our servers and the health of our applications. All files uploaded will be available to and the property of the client as long as the files are part of an active subscription or product. In the event that a subscription ends, all files will be permanently removed from our servers after 90 days of termination.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Within our applications, we may also have links and/or embedded content from other sites that enhance your experience and the resources available. An example of this is the link to O*Net Online in our WayPoint program. In many of our applications, we give you the ability to add links to sites outside of our application.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Analytics
Who we share your data with
The privacy and security of your data is important to us. We do not share or sell your data, nor do we grant access to your data to anyone. The only parties that have access to your data are: 1) you, 2) our technical team for providing technical support, and 3) our billing department for proper billing and continued top-notch service.
All payment data and recurring payment information is handled and stored through an industry-standard 3rd party platform – Stripe. We do not store any payment information such as credit cards, bank info, etc. on our platforms. Stripe is an industry leader in payment processing and security.
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Our technical support team can also see and edit that information.
Within our cloud-based subscription applications, we securely store the data that you provide for the length of time that the subscription is active. During that time, access to the data is controlled by the client through user accounts and permissions. Our technical team also has access to this data for purposes of customer support. Once a subscription is terminated, all data is permanently removed after 90 days of termination.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site or any of our applications, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Any website forms or comments submitted are sent through automated spam detection service for the security and integrity of our platforms. Marketing subscription requests (subscribe to our site) sends limited data to our 3rd-party marketing host. Payment information and sent and stored to an industry-standard, secure payment gateway platform. All data is sent over through our SSL, keeping it encrypted for your (and our) security and privacy. All other data remains strictly on our platforms and U.S. based servers.
